How the FieldTech price quote software works
Creating a quote with this software is easy. (The difficulty lies in programming the tool with your own business logic before you use it.) To make a quote, simply open the FieldTech app from your mobile device of choice, then follow the prompts to input the necessary info to create a quote. That can include not only the inventory items necessary to do the work, but the amount and type of labor needed too. Once your customer accepts the quote, you can collect an e-signature on it.
Afterwards, you can send this signed quote to a manager for approval. For certain types of work (repair, renovation, or cleaning), you can attach a “before” photo to document the state of the site you’ll be working on before you do that work.
